When we compare total cost, we go strictly by the items compared to each other in total, without other factors being introduced to confuse the issue or weight the outcome. To file a Low Price Guarantee claim; simply email us with the price actually computed on a legitimate internet supply house website for the same identical products you have ordered from us, on the same day (within 4 hours) you place your order with us. The tricky little "handling charge" that many sites charge on smaller orders must also be included.

Time is of the essence, because we often ship same day and other sites frequently change their prices. Include a complete list of the product(s) purchased from us, with the prices being charged on the competitors site (include copy of their actual final purchase amount page) for the total identical products. Also include the prices charged on our site and the difference in overall product (entire cart) cost total.

Competitors items that are discontinued, close-outs, out-of-date code, products sold on EBay or products sold at prices considered below standard distributor cost (at a loss) are not considered legitimate standard purchases and are exempt from this guarantee.
