To file a Low Price Guarantee claim; simply email us with the price advertised on a legitimate internet advertised website for the same identical products you have ordered, on the same day (within 4 hours) you place your order with us. Time is of the essence, because we often ship same day and other site frequently change their prices. Include a complete list of the product(s) purchased from us, with the prices charged on the competitors site for identical products. Also include the prices charged on our site and the difference in overall product (entire cart) cost total.

Items that are discontinued, close-outs, out-of-datecode or sold at prices considered below standard distributor cost at a loss are not considered standard purchases and are exempt from this guarantee.

Use standard email to file claim - Do not include any attachments.  Because of the many internet viruses floating around, we do not open attachments. Claims including attachments are automatically rejected.
