The Hunter PSR-52 Pump Start Relay is a rugged large residential and light commercial grade pump start relay appropriate for use with larger (2-7.5 hp) pumps. This relay can be confidently used with any common residential or light commercial controller putting out 24 volts (found with 99% of controllers) to the pump start relay and operating up to a 5 horsepower pump if the pump is being run on 115 volts, or up to a 7.5 horsepower pump if the pump is being run on 230 volts.
