For regular irrigation and drip-mist applications where a 40 or 50 lbs psi downstream pressure setting is required at flow rates of 2-22 gallons per minute or 120-1320 gallons per hour. This device has a one inch female threaded inlet and out let. If you need high flow, but lower pressure setting than provided with PSIMX Series, manifold (split your pressure line, install two L or M Series regulators side-by-side, then T the two lines back to become one line again). This will give you the pressure setting of the L or M Series, at twice the rated flow.
Rainbird PSI-MX Series Higher Flow (2-22 GPM Flow) one inch Pressure Regulators. Factory recommended flow rates through this device are 2-22 gallons per minute or 120 to 1320 gallons per hour.
Maximum permitted inlet pressure is 150 lbs psi. This device has a 1 inch female threaded inlet and 1 inch female threaded outlet.
If your inlet pressure exceeds 150 lbs psi, you can install two of these devices inline to achieve correct downstream pressure.
Be sure to select correct downstream pressure regulation setting from pulldown menu. Note - Rainbird has discontinued the 50 lbs psi model and we have none remaining in stock. We recommend using the 40 lbs psi model.
